You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has shipped. To cancel, email support@stephaniecasias.com or call +1 (409) 945-8534 with your order number as soon as possible.

Before shipment: we cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After shipment: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day Return & Refund Policy with free return shipping.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if payment cannot be verified. In that case, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund.
